Leah is a management professional with over 10 years in overseeing C5 international projects and growth. Leah provides strategic financial guidance in project identification and assessment which has seen C5 develop from a start up in early 2012 to a trusted provider in multi billion dollar government and corporate projects within the region. A proud Ngemba woman and qualified accountant, Leah also leads the Indigenous Procurement Policy, employment strategies of C5 with particular focus on encouraging diversity in employment and creating employment opportunities for indigenous women.
